We want you to love your ring completely. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Our Promise to You

We offer a 14-day no-quibble return policy on all purchases. If you are not completely happy with your ring, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will respond promptly and guide you through the process.

All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and must be fully insured for the complete value of the item during transit. We strongly recommend retaining your proof of postage until the return has been confirmed as received and processed.

Please ensure your ring is returned in its original packaging, along with any accompanying documentation, certificates or paperwork that were included with your order.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered and undamaged. We take great care in describing the condition of every piece accurately, and we ask that the same care is taken when trying on and handling your ring.

Items that are returned in a different condition from that in which they were sent — including signs of wear, damage, or alteration — may not be accepted for a full refund. We will always contact you to discuss any concerns before making a final decision.

Resized Rings

If you have requested that a ring be resized prior to purchase and subsequently wish to return it, you are still entitled to a refund under our returns policy. However, please be aware that the cost of the resizing will be deducted from your refund.

Resizing costs vary depending on the work carried out — in particular, whether gold has been added to increase the size of the ring and how much material was required. We will always confirm the resizing cost with you clearly before any work is undertaken, so there will be no surprises should you later choose to return.

If you are unsure about your ring size before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to contact us or consult our ring size guide before requesting a resize.

Refunds & Timescales

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm receipt and advise on next steps. Refunds are issued in full via the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 working days of the returned item being received by us.

Please note that we are unable to refund any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may have been applied to international orders, as these are levied by the relevant authorities and are outside of our control.

There are no restocking fees. Your refund will always be for the full purchase price of the item.

A Note on Vintage & Antique Jewellery

All of the pieces in our collection are vintage or antique, and as such each ring carries the natural characteristics of age and history. Minor surface wear, patina and small natural inclusions are an inherent part of the character of preloved jewellery and are not considered faults.

We describe every piece as accurately and honestly as possible, and we are always happy to provide additional photographs, video or information prior to purchase so that you can buy with complete confidence. Please do get in touch if you would like to know more about a specific piece before committing to a purchase.

Your Statutory Rights

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Our policy operates in accordance with these statutory rights.

If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the matter as a matter of priority.
