Delivery Information

We are delighted to offer complimentary delivery on every order, as standard. All items are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed — a fully tracked, next-day service that requires a signature upon receipt.

Every parcel is fully insured by us for the duration of its journey, so you can have complete peace of mind from the moment your order leaves us to the moment it arrives safely with you.

For orders placed within the United Kingdom, we aim to dispatch your ring within 2–3 working days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed typically delivers the following working day before 1pm.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available working day. During busy periods, we will always keep you informed of any changes to your expected delivery date.

If your ring requires resizing prior to dispatch, please allow an additional 7–10 working days for our workshop to complete the alterations to the highest standard. Ring resizing is a skilled and careful process, and we want to ensure your ring fits perfectly before it reaches you.

We will notify you as soon as your resized ring has been dispatched, along with full tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

We are happy to arrange delivery to destinations outside of the United Kingdom. As international shipping requirements, insurance and customs regulations vary considerably by country, we handle all international orders on an individual basis.
